This Ultamex review is coming from the perspective of someone who did not join Ultamex and is willing to give some insight into the program to those that may be looking to get involved but have no experience in programs like these. In this review I’ll cover the 3 main topics which all may be reasons NOT to join Ultamex:
1. The product
2. The owner
3. The compensation plan (cycle matrix)
The Ultamex program is a single line cycle matrix that guarantees $33,750 without sponsoring from a one-time $59 payment. That is a pretty big claim to make so the big question of course that everybody wants to know is if this program actually works and is it a solid business opportunity that is worth investing your time, energy and money into? Well, as always let’s look at the facts first, leave the opinions for later and let you make your own determination.
What is the Ultamex Product? (Reason #1)
The program seeks to “end world poverty” through its global business opportunity. The product/s are a host of ebooks, marketing software, website templates, videos and graphics. None of the products seem to be of value that someone would purchase any of them separately or if there were not a business opportunity attached to them. In fact, very few of the Ultamex videos and reviews that were researched even mentioned the products, they were all focused on the earnings of the program. I highly doubt that any of the members of the business are evening using any of the products at all or can even tell what any of them are. So why is there such a stir about this program? The main reason the program has created such a buzz and massive growth is that it seems to provide something that is lacking in the network marketing arena; a legitimate international business opportunity. There are many people outside of the USA looking for ways to make money online but there are very few programs that provide them a solid international avenue to earn income. This is the main reason “cyclers” are so popular because they tend to be open to those outside of the U.S.
Is Ultamex Doomed To Be A Repeat Failure? (Reason #2)
The program is owned by Danny Gauthier of Canada who is no stranger to starting cycler programs. Some of his previous ventures (WeNetProfits, Seed2Wealth and United TSI), the later two of which Ultamex highly resembles, failed and some of his members claim he had excuses for delay after delay and then just closed the programs after he took the money. Haven’t heard of any of these programs? There is a reason, they were raging internet programs that were set to change the world and make tons of millionaires only to fizzle out just as fast as they showed up, some of them as recent as 3 months ago. The main website leaves a bit to be desired as far as professional presentation goes, but this is a small drawback as you should not initially judge a program only by the look of its website. With Mr. Gauthier’s spotted past and previous failures one would have to question what makes Ultamex different this time around?
The Ultamex compensation plan?
The program pre-launched in November 2011 and officially launched on Dec 2nd 2011. The program is implementing what it calls a revolutionary straight-line compensation plan that transitions over to multiple cycle matrixes that guarantees $33,750 without sponsoring. According to its official website the company has paid out $176, 890 within its first few days of launching. The compensation plan is laid out as follows:
The compensation plan is spread over 5 levels of 10 members. Each level is called a “Mex”, including: Mex 1, Mex 2, Mex 3, Mex 4, and Mex 5. Right after you join the Ultamex system, you are placed in the “Feeder”. The Feeder is a vertical line that grows infinitely when members from all around the world join. The first member who comes in, brings you $25.00 already. Upon arrival of the third member, you are automatically placed in Mex 1, and this Mex is your first income level. The Mex 1 is filled automatically by the pressure of the fifth member that comes in the feeder. When your Mex 1 is complete, you get $350.00 commission and the system automatically puts you in the Mex 2 that fills in the same way with the arrival of members that complete your Mex 1. The compensation plan is spread over 5 levels of 10 members. The potential earnings for each level are Feeder= $25, Mex1=$350, Mex2=$1150, Mex3=$3550, Mex4=$7150, Mex5=$21550, Total = $33750.00.
At first glance the compensation plan seems very lucrative and the earning potential appears huge. Once you take a closer look you quickly realize the flaw of the program, like many cyclers, is that there must be a constant influx of new members being brought into the program in order to move through the Mex levels. With the program issuing a “guarantee” on a 5 figure income without having to sponsor anyone the sustainability of the program is in jeopardy. The program could potentially attract the wrong type of individuals that will join and do nothing further, being encouraged to do just that by the program itself. This will stall the growth of the program and cause the program to collapse. Evidence of this has already surfaced on some members personal program websites. The following was a comment posted by a current member, “Actually, i am in my mex1 already, but no positions under me. They launched at 12:00pm est, and i was in by 12:07. You would think that I would already be out of my mex 1 with the size of the launch. maybe tonight when they update. who knows? I dont care about making huge amounts of money on this…i just want to know its not a scam. If i havent gotten to mex 2 within a few days, i think i might be pissed.” Cycle matrixes have historically failed in business opportunities which is why many of these types of programs pop up multiple times weekly. Many members of the Ultamex opportunity have been seen already promoting another cycler closely tied to Ultamex.
Should You Join Ultamex?
So, should you join Ultamex.com and start working away at building this business? All of the legal parameters seem to be in order in the case of user agreements and privacy policies. The customer service telephone number currently goes to Mr. Gauthier’s voicemail so support seems to be in place. The physical address of the company as listed on the website was unable to verified by mogulmikejackson.com. With that being said I do not believe that the company is a scam. I would however caution you to join at your own risk and be careful as there are just too many of these types of programs online that have failed and Ultamex shows no significant signs that it will be different.
