Breaking News: iLearningGlobal turns it’s back on it’s distributors

I just got off of an emergency conference call with a friend of mine who just informed me that his primary company, iLearning Global, is closing down its MLM compensation arm. Apparently, in the last 24 hours the world’s premier personal development network marketing opportunity, iLearning Global, made the decision to change their compensation plan from a network marketing compensation structure to a direct sales commission plan. This is the same scenario that Bazi distributors experienced in February. Every person who researches a Network marketing opportunity hopes that they will align themselves with a solid company that has longevity. Most reps/distributors never see such an event like this coming and are totally blindsided as the iLearning Global reps have been.

What brought on the Shutdown?
At the moment the iLearning Global Shutdown issue is still unclear as the news was just released on 17 March. Currently, the website is offering no insight or explaination and reps are unsure of what is going on as well. Experienced Network marketers are claiming that it was an inevitable happening for a number of reasons. Traditionally, personal development network marketing opportunities tend to have a short life cycle of rapid growth, a change of some form in their compensation arrangement, and then either complete removal of a referral compensation structure or shutdown all together.

Now What?
So where does this change leave the thousands of reps that have worked so hard to build their Independent businesses? The answer is Homeless… The next move is to move on to a different company entirely. Hopefully, iLG reps have been implementing the training they have had access to from their company to develop themselves into Leaders. Hopefully, they have been building their business using Attraction marketing principles which have allowed them to build everlasting relationships with their downlines. Hopefully they have established themselves sound marketing systems that will allow them to plug their new company of choice and new downline into to recreate immediate success to replace the lost incomes. Hopefully iLearning Global reps find a new home soon. My encouragement to all iLearning Global Reps is to not give up on this great industry of MLM. It is unfortunate this event has taken place but it is not the end of the road. So get up, dust yourself off and charge forward. iLearning Global reps have a number of companies to choose from.
