I’m sure by now you have gotten wind about NarcThatCar.com and all the buzz it is creating with its simple business plan of earning 1000’s a month from just writing down license plates.  So the big question of course that everybody wants to know is if there is a NarcThatCar Scam going on.  I do not believe that the company itself, Narc Technologies, is a scam but the MLM compensation plan that they are implementing can definitely be called into question on longevity.   Here is a hint…if you are thinking about joining, keep your money in your pocket.  But lets look at the facts and the information available to us and you can make your own determination.

A comment from NBCDFW’s (NBC Dallas-Fort Worth) Post: “According to the US Justice Department that maintains the Amber Alert System they have no association with NarcThatCar and can find no useful purpose of gathering license plate numbers of cars whose sitings might be as long as a year or more old. Code Amber Alert also claims no association with NARC as does the Big Three Auto Makers who Narc has also claimed as approving and using their system. Every claim that they have made concerning associations with various companies has been proven to be false. They are now claiming that their so called consultants made the false claims even though their YouTube Videos made by the company make these same claims over and over again.”

The BBB has recieved over 6000 inquiries about NarcThatCar and are cautioning potential participants to beware.   The BBB itself wants to know if the company is truly providing a service or if it only makes money from recruiting consultants that would have a hard time making money themselves.  Furthermore, you should always be weary when all positive information about any company is coming from active members within the company.

Here are a few red flags that should get your skeptical juices flowing.
1. There are none of the owners names on the website
2. There are none of the company officers listed on the website
3. There are no policies and procedures listed
4.  There are no Terms and Conditions that you must sign when you become a member
5.  The company is unreachable by the phone number listed.  If you try you get a message that the mailbox is full and you are unable to leave a message of your own.  How’s that for customer service? 
6.  There is no detailed explaination of the compensation plan listed except a single pdf file which is just a cut and paste from the powerpoint presentation of the company introduction video.
7.  Where exactly is the money coming from to pay all of the ICs for entering license plates?

I see the red flags arising. 

This is not a new program by far; there was a similar one a few years ago called FreeAutoUSA.com in which it would be hard for you to find traces of now.

In conclusion, there is just too much ambiguity in this company which should have a ton of clarity if it were legitimate.  There are alot of questions that need to be answered in order for NarcThatCar to clear its name.  The fact that people are getting paid and earning money is irrelevant as people who join in the beginning of any ponzi scheme always get paid.  It is the individuals that join on the backend who find themselves the victims as the entire program crumbles.

XELR8, parent distributing company of Bazi, closes its multi-level marketing program. Stunned Distributors are caught off guard by this damaging decision.  This post discusses how former XELR8 Distributors can recover.

It is a somber moment in the MLM Industry as many hearts go out to thousands of individuals that have poured hard work into XELR8.  The company issued a letter to its independent distributors on January 19, 2010 informing them of a drastic change in the company’s current compensation plan.  Needless to say the change is not a good one for current distributors as it all together removes them from the company as MLMers.  XELR8 has chosen to extinguish the offered multi-level marketing program.  The Company will no longer provide its products through a multi-level marketing platform but by direct-to-market sales only. What this means is that the Company will allow its products to be sold directly to consumers and using an affiliate program where commission is paid to individuals for those direct sales.   

Here is an excerpt from the termination letter: “Although the current XELR8 Compensation Plan remains in effect until February 28, 2010, please be advised that no new Distributors may be enrolled as of the date of this letter. While you will no longer be able to enroll new Distributors, you, and your customers (both existing and new customers) may continue to order XELR8 products. Commission and bonus payments earned prior to the date of this letter will be paid according to the current XELR8 Compensation Plan. Commission and bonus payments earned after the date of this letter through February 28, 2010 will be paid on or about March 15, 2010. Following the payment of these commissions and bonuses, no further bonuses or commissions will be paid to any XELR8 Independent Distributor under the current XELR8 Compensation Plan. Although the Company has elected to terminate the current multilevel marketing program, XELR8 products will continue to be available through Independent Distributors through February 28, 2010, and other direct marketing channels to be announced on our national call on February 3, 2010. If you are enrolled in our AutoShip program, you will continue receiving your monthly AutoShip order until such time as you elect to cancel your participation in the AutoShip program. Preferred Customers will also continue to receive their automatic monthly orders until such time as they choose to cancel their Preferred Customer Agreements. If you wish to cancel your monthly AutoShip order, please send your notice of cancellation to us at 480 South Holly Street, Denver, Colorado 80246. Alternatively, you may fax or email your notice of cancellation to us at (303) 316-8078 or support@xelr8.com. Please include your Distributor ID Number in your notice of cancellation.”

So where does this change leave the thousands of Independent Distributors that have worked so hard to build their Independent businesses? The answer is Homeless… unless they choose to change from Independent to Direct Distributor under the new plan or move on to a different company entirely.  Hopefully XERLR8’s new BAZI Ambassador program will fill the void.  I have to mention that not all former XELR8 distributors are happy with the new Ambassador program.  Some former reps are irrate at the fact that the company is soliciting them as affiliates, which they call ambassadors,  to sell their products when they are being denied the ability to earn from the downline teams they have poured blood, sweat and tears into building.  My encouragement to all Bazi Reps is to not give up on this great industry of MLM.  It is unfortunate this event has taken place but it is not the end of the road.  So get up, dust yourself off and charge forward.  XELR8 Distributors have a number of companies to choose from if they would like to remain in the same field of health/wellness.

You’re probably reading this review because someone introduced you to Mandura and you want to know is it for real or just another fly-by-night company.  In this review I will share my personal experience with Mandura as a Mandura IBO and discuss some points to help you determine whether Mandura really is a Mandura Scam or not.   Most people writing “Mandura Reviews” are only trying to get you to join them.  I’ll be honest, that is the end result of this article as well, but I intend to conduct this review without the hype and giving you the truth everybody else is leaving out.  So Let me lay it all out for you…the good, the bad, the ugly.

Is Mandura A Scam?
Let me start by answering the main question: “Is Mandura a scam?”  I am sorry to disappoint all the skeptics but NO Mandura is not a scam.  Let me share with you why.  The first thing you want to take into account with any company is if they have a product or service that is marketable outside of the direct distributor base.  What that means is are the company’s products and services usable to people who are not joining the company to make money.  There is no question Mandura has a product worth marketing, as the health benefits speak for themselves along with the health/wellness industry being a projected trillion dollar industry by such economist as Paul Zane Pilzer. 
Is Mandura just another juice company trying to compete with the likes of Monavie, Zrii, Vemma and a host of others?  The company is offering something just a little different.  Most of the MLM/Network Marketing companies to date use the standard Binary Compensation plan.  While this type of plan has been proven to work time and time again over the years it does have a draw back.  The standard binary plan does not allow for Team members to benefit from each others efforts.  If Joe is in your right leg and Sarah is in your left leg, Joe and Sarah can never help each other as they are not connect except by you.  Mandura’s Single Line Matrix allows for everyone to help everyone as Joe’s volume will help Sarah and vice versa as you get attributed to your account all of the volume generated by everyone above and below you in the straight line matrix.

My Personal Experience
I joined Mandura on November 29, 2009.  I started at a middle level of a 2 bottle autoship which cost me $55 a month.  Joining just before the Christmas holiday boom may not have been the best idea but I could not wait.  Fortunately it turned out to be the best decision.  During my first 30 days I sponsored 5 people who decided that Mandura was the right choice for them.  The funny thing is that it all happened on autopilot with no marketing of my own because of our Team marketing system.  I sponsored individuals without even speaking to them until they had already joined my group.  It was amazing!  During my next 30 days my downline tripled!  Why? Its simple…our Team system promotes duplication and makes duplication easy.

The Bad and The Ugly
So all of that may have sounded great but what’s the bad.  I mean the company can’t be perfect can it?  No it isn’t but its pretty close.  Just kidding.  One of the bad things is that the company is fairly new being only 18 months old.  The downside to this is that the company has yet to establish its maturity in the marketplace but this could also be a positive point as it provides an opportunity for individuals to get in on a upwardly developing company early.  Another negative is that a lot of IBOs market Mandura guaranteeing paid members will be placed into your downline automatically.  Even though this may be true it is skewed and creates a sense that the individual will be actually getting paid for those members.  The truth is that you are only paid bonuses from all the paid members in your downline and commissions for the members that you directly sponsor.  Although this is not a direct reflection of the company, many people may not be able to separate individual IBOs from the company as a whole.  Another bad point, which is one that doesn’t escape any MLM, is that many people have the fallacy that they can join and put in little effort and get great results because of the Single Line Matrix.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  Mandura operates like any other business, you get paid according to your efforts.   If you treat it like a business it will pay you like a business.

My eyes are blurring, my head’s throbbing and I feel a little woozy.  These are symptoms that are synonymous with being knocked out.  I was, but not physically.  I just attended two training calls given by David M.
